Here's how you do it-
Let's start with this video beow. Get comfortable wherever you happen to be- sitting or lying down. Then close your eyes and take two deep breaths.
Open them and bring your attention to this video. Let your eyes blur slightly.
Then the easy part--become fascinated or curious with the colorful movement.
Your mind will wander. Maybe to things like an email you forgot to respond to or what material I used to create this. Or even maybe the name of a song that you have been trying to remember all day.
Just notice that you are thinking and bring your attention back to the color. Over and over and over again.
